Content Director 

Role Overview

Job purpose - The Content Director will shape, drive and evangelize our global product content strategy. 

How - By utilising nudge analytics and closely collaborating across all business teams, they will create a world-class, data-led content practice and team of content writers. 

An inspiring leader, they will build a team of content creators across all potential media channels (written, audio, video, infographic etc) using both in-house resource, as well as a global network of freelancers. 

Delighted and confident to speak with users, clients, prospects and other key stakeholders, the Content Director will be passionate to understand how our content can be optimized for our audiences. 

Utilising data to inform decisions, the Content Director will collaborate closely with the Product team and together be directly responsible for user engagement with the nudge service, to ensure it is best in class.

Responsibilities

The position will be a varied and interesting role and will involve but is not exclusive to:

  • Content strategy creation, articulation & execution
  • Create and jealously guard a unique editorial voice and brand
  • Use data analytics to inform & enhance our content strategy & decision making
  • Regular contact with prospects, clients & users to inform strategy & decision making
  • Collaboration with other teams & senior managers to optimise the overall client & user experiences
  • Recruit, onboard, manage & develop the team, including a global network of content contributors
  • Develop systems and processes that allow the team to scale, including training & content review processes
  • Manage the team budget & draw up budget proposals
  • Represent nudge at company & industry events and through thought leadership & press coverage
  • Sit on the senior leadership team to influence the overall direction of the business, beyond just the content team
  • Report to the board on key metrics, performance & strategy
  • Contribute to investment pitches & play a role in investor liaison

Data Analyst 

Role Overview

Job purpose - The data analyst will process nudge user data to help internal and external stakeholders understand key trends.

How - By virtue of providing personalised financial education to the employees and customers of over 100 organisations (our clients), we have a rich set of data on the financial health and habits of close to half a million nudge users.  Using our nudge software, application monitoring tools such as Kibana and other programs such as Microsoft Excel, the Data Analyst will oversee the collection, analysis and reporting of this data from a diverse range of data sources.  This reporting will help us refine our service and achieve greater user engagement; and will also help our clients better understand their employees and customers.  Working within a small, high performance team, the Data Analyst role offers an amazing opportunity for someone with outstanding analytical skills, who is a great communicator and presenter of data.

Responsibilities

The position will be a varied and interesting role and will involve but is not exclusive to:

  • Working with a wide range of data sources to gather and process data
  • Running data transformation against the raw results to normalise complex data into manageable series
  • Combining and analysing the data to identify key trends and insights
  • Having a strong problem-solving mindset to gather new types of data, and looking for opportunities to automate aspects of common data tasks
  • Curation and presentation of recommendations across all areas of the business:

Information Security Specialist 

Role Overview

Job purpose - The Information Security Specialist will manage all aspects of our information security and data protection in compliance with our ISO27001 accreditation and contractual client requirements.

How - Our Information Security Specialist will be passionate about InfoSec and staying up to date with the latest developments in the space.  They will ensure the policies and guidelines of the business are maintained and they will work with every team in the business to ensure they are understood and adhered to.  The Information Security Specialist will work with the relevant external third parties to maintain the accreditations required by the business, ensuring that the relevant training, documentation and frameworks are in place to do so. Where required the Information Security Specialist will also liaise with prospects and clients with respect to the security of the nudge service we offer.

Essential responsibilities:

The position will be a varied and interesting role and will involve but is not exclusive to:

  • Keep up to date with the latest information security and security legislation developments
  • Draft information security policies and guidelines
  • Maintain an information security risk register, facilitate regular information security meetings
  • Assist with the creation, maintenance and delivery of information security awareness training for colleagues
  • Design, implement and improve safety measures and controls
  • Assist with internal and external audits and questionnaires relating to information security
  • Work with our technical teams to ensure all areas of our service embody best security practice
  • Test and evaluate security products used by the business
  • Plan for disaster recovery in the event of any security breaches
  • Monitor identity and access controls, including regular review of permissions and access logs for authorised system users
  • Investigate security alerts and provide incident response

Additional responsibilities:

For candidates who have hands-on technical expertise, the scope of the role would also include:

  • Keep up to date with the latest technology developments

  • Work closely with the technical team to improve implementation of security related features in the platform

  • Assist with validation of security related platform changes and penetration test remediation steps

  • Monitor for attacks, intrusions and unusual, unauthorised or illegal activity

  • Help nudge engage in 'ethical hacking', for example, simulating security breaches

Head of Delivery 

Role Overview

Job purpose - The Head of Delivery is responsible for overseeing the delivery of nudge technology to individual clients, as well as the required ongoing support and service.

How – Reporting into and working extremely closely with the Client Success Director, the Head of Delivery will ensure our processes, people and technology are working efficiently and collaboratively to deliver a superlative experience across the entire client journey.

A crucial part of the role is overseeing the “launch” phase of the client journey. They will initiate new client projects, guiding our client stakeholders through the steps required to successfully launch the nudge technology to their employees or customers.

Working with client success managers, they will also oversee the ongoing support and service required to maintain and enhance the nudge technology for existing clients. The Head of Delivery will be passionate about project management, relationship management and people management; and fast, accurate and scalable implementations that deliver an exceptional client experience and high user engagement.

Responsibilities

The position will be a varied and interesting role and will involve but is not exclusive to:

  • Owning, developing and enhancing the best practices, processes and documents used by our consultants
  • Working with our implementation consultants to ensure the successful project management and delivery of the nudge technology to new clients, in line with the clients needs
  • Working with our service administrators and consultants to ensure the nudge technology receives the required inputs (including inbound data) in an accurate manner; and generates the correct outputs (including user nudges and management information) for the appropriate audiences
  • Providing regular and comprehensive management information and performance data to the Client Success Director and Board.
  • Working with our Client Success Director to ensure the delivery and support services fit seamlessly within the broader client journey
  • Designing and ensuring effective handovers with Sales and Client Success Managers.
  • Working with our technology team to ensure the technology roadmap and prioritisation decisions represent the needs of the client delivery team
  • Recruiting, onboarding, managing and developing the team

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone dynamic, enthusiastic and bright who has the following qualities and experience:

  • Project management experience and recognised qualifications such as PRINCE2
  • Experience of delivering global technology projects, preferably in the HR space
  • Experience managing client relationships and / or client support
  • Experience of managing people, professional services and project teams
  • Experience of attending prospect pitches
  • Excellent oral and written communicator
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
